Our basic contact form is available to all Business subscription plan customers, and allows you to collect leads for potential customers or receive messages from current customers. We have a wide set of field types which will help you collect all the information you need to best assist your visitor, including these:

This feature applies to businesses and individuals from a wide spectrum of industries. The forms can be applied to most lead collection scenarios, and can be programmed for the specific needs of your business. For example, if your business relies on documents provided by your customers for calculating offers (e.g. insurance agencies), you may request this information during the quote request process through the file upload field.
